Terms of Service

Please read these Terms of Service (“Terms”) carefully before using GhostSite (ghostsite.app) — the “Service” — operated by Software Umbrella (“us”, “we”, or “our”).

Your access to and use of the Service is conditioned upon your acceptance of and compliance with these Terms. By accessing or using the Service you agree to be bound by these Terms.

Subscriptions

Some parts of the Service are billed on a subscription basis. You will be billed in advance on a recurring basis. Billing cycles are set on a monthly or annual basis depending on the plan selected.

Your Subscription will automatically renew under the same conditions unless you cancel it or we cancel it. You may cancel at any time through your account management page or by contacting us.

A valid payment method is required to process payment for your Subscription. By submitting payment information, you authorise Software Umbrella to charge all Subscription fees incurred through your account.

Free Trial

We may, at our sole discretion, offer a Subscription with a free trial for a limited period of time. If billing information is provided during sign-up, you will not be charged until the Free Trial has expired. Unless you cancel before the last day of the trial period, you will be automatically charged the applicable Subscription fees.

Fee Changes

We may modify Subscription fees at our sole discretion. Any fee change will become effective at the end of the then-current Billing Cycle. We will provide reasonable prior notice of any change to give you an opportunity to cancel before it takes effect.

Refunds

Except when required by law, paid Subscription fees are non-refundable. See our Refund Policy for details.

Accounts

When you create an account, you guarantee that you are above the age of 18 and that the information provided is accurate and current. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password. You must notify us immediately upon becoming aware of any breach of security or unauthorised use of your account.

Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content, features and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of Software Umbrella and its licensors. The Service is protected by copyright and other applicable laws.

Links To Other Websites

Our Service may contain links to third-party websites or services not owned or controlled by Software Umbrella. We have no control over and assume no responsibility for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party sites.

Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including a breach of these Terms. If you wish to terminate your account, you may discontinue using the Service.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Software Umbrella and its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of (or inability to access or use) the Service.

The Service is provided on an “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of Poland, European Union, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Changes

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. If a revision is material we will provide at least 30 days' notice prior to new terms taking effect. By continuing to access or use the Service after revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms.
